Suggest Treatment For Dark Spots All Over The Body

Hi, i have had lichen planus flare ups twice. I am 33, and the second time i got i did not take any steroids but took Ayurvedic medicine. I am fine now but i have these dark spots all over me- how could i possibly make them disappear? I am engaged and want to be fine before marriage which is in jan 2011
