Suggest Treatment For Dark Spots And Scars On Face

Hi! I am shella, doctor can you please help me about my skin problem. My right leg have a lot of dark spots and scars because of allergy. The allergy attacks me especially at night. The prescribed treatment of the doctor is not effective, until now I don't know how am i going to solve it. I hope u will help me. thanks
