Suggest Treatment For Dark Spots Caused After Chicken Pox

hi, i have chicken pox and i am 22 years ....my scabs are falling off very slowly and they are leaving behind dark spots with a very slight indent not a hole.....is it normal for scbs to take long...to fall and will these spots go...can anything be done to fasten the scabbing..please help
