Suggest Treatment For Dark Spots On Cheeks And Nose

hi, i am 29 years old and having two dark spots on both cheeks and a mark on my nose. These really showed up after months of giving birth to my baby. My baby is now 1 and half years and none of it is going away. what should i do? please suggets something.
