Suggest Treatment For Dark Spots On Face

I am a 48 yr old african american woman who is having itchy dark spots on my forehead and nose.My nose and forehead is discolored with dark spots. I have been to different dermatologist who have given me the same medication. Metrogel, Desonide lotion and Cleraderm. Nothing is working it looks like ringworm with raised peeling dead skin, I guess from scratching.
