Suggest Treatment For Darkening Of Skin Around Temples And Cheeks

Hi I have experiencing darkening of skin around my temples and coming down to my cheecks. had shown a dermatlogist who had prescibed a wide range of tests but nthing came out of that. He also suggested a skin medicine but no benefits really. please advise
