Suggest Treatment For Darkening Of Skin

hi. am mary frm nairobi, kenya. am black /african an chocolate in complexion . however, i had two big very dark heads on the forehead. bso i decided to pay visit 2 a dermatologist who prescribed melacare cream for 3 mnths. it cleared n he told me stop and again prescribed elocom cream. my skin started darkening even more than before and itchy rashes . i wd apply elocom cream making the skin smo6th and clear of rashes bt if i skipped 3/4 days the rash and darkening comes bak. at the moment am us4ng only ACV n olive oil. bt i stil continue to scratch . help me. my face looks bad. mary. thank you
