Suggest Treatment For Deep Cut In Palm

I got a deep cut in the palm of my hand just below the index finger a week ago. Went to emergency and got stitches. After a week I notice the hand getting very dark, on the outter side and the side of the index finger. I had lots of bleeding when it happend and my finger is stii numned. Would the cut artery repair itself correctly w/o surgery? I'm taking antibiotics.
