Suggest Treatment For Degenerated Disc With Loss Of Height In C5/6

Hi Iam Alan
I have a neck problem & I have had a MRI done on the C5/6. the report said , the disc is degenerate with loss of height and there is a broadbased disc osteophyte which contacts the cord but there is no signal displacement. There is a moderate canal stenosis. The disc osteophyte extends bilaterally into the foramina more so on the right where there is a severe stenosis. The changes a little less marked on the left. Do you think I have to have a operation or is the other treatment they can offer.
