Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Cervical Disc Disease

Hello: My name is Jennifer, and my question is I am suffering from Degenerative Cervical disc disease,C2 - T1... Cervical spinal degenerative arthritis. Cervical Spinal Stenosis....Diskogenic Pain....Cervicogenic headache.... Acute Severe Spasm / dystonia Neck and Shoulder.... Myofascial pain ...Chronic affecting mulltiple zones, on top of that Fibromyalgia. and I haven t even started on my Lumbar. back to the question I decided a year ago to leave my pain management dr, to get off all the pain meds... Now I am suffering and cant get into a pain dr cause they dont deal with my insurance company, Should I check in to see a specialist to see if i should have surgery,. WHAT SHOULD I DO? please help me
