Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Discs

I have been diagnosed with deteriating discs, L4 & L5 and have had lower back pain for many years i was going to a pain mgmt dr in Lewes De. for 11 years, he was giving injections and it was helping releave the pain, now it nor any prescroptins help, is there anything else i can do. I have been told by two back surgeons that there is no surgery to fix my problem.
