Suggest Treatment For Delay In Menstruation, Unusual Vaginal Discharge, Fatigue And Headaches

Hello, I am 17 days late. I had 1 home preg test that was pos. (faint line) I went in had a bhcg done and came back negative.. I would be guessing now to be aprox4-5 weeks at the time of the test only 9 days late. My levels also indicate double foliate, high free testrone. During the ultrasound all they could tell was thick endometrial lining....I have a lot of weird discharge,extreme headaches,fatique and general runny nose... I have been with the same man for 5 years now (husband) and all my periods have been regular up until this point.... can you please help me understand.. I cant get my doctor to do anything else??
