Suggest Treatment For Delay In Periods

My last period 11 jan but this month coming 22 feb. I eat Zandu shatavarex in 2 months. I don't know shatavarex is good for me ya bad. My period is regular 29 - 30- 31 days is coming,but this month is coming 13 days after period. Please help me & guide.
