Suggest Treatment For Delay In Periods

I got married on feb10th and previously took pcod tablets for 3 months I mean before 2 years .. I got period last on January 4th and I missed my period in feb so I have seen a doctor ,told about pcod and all she adviced regestrone tablets for periods and for pcod tablets to continue after periods ..march 4th I doubt it is it pregnancy because in the morning I got nausea and weakness so I done upt at home the result was positive ..actually I don t want this pregnancy so I took 1 tablet MTpill 200mg yesterday but still now I dint gt my periods what should I do for that..iam worried please give me a solution
