Suggest Treatment For Delayed Growth In Foetus During Pregnancy

Hi, I am 20 weeks pregnant, In ultrasound, there is a lag of 1-1.5 weeks delay in foetus growth and amniotic fluid is also 6 (AFI). Went for Amniocentesis and FISH tests are normal. Please suggest next course of action.. I am advised to take ecosprin.
