Suggest Treatment For Delayed Menstruation

I have not seen my period for 2months now, took misoprostol 3months ago, had tbleeding n cramps, later saw my period normally and since then, havent seen my period, went for a virginal scan, was told i have reminant of tissues, but i feek completely normal, just bitter mouth, what should i do
