Suggest Treatment For Delayed Period, Headache And Lightheadedness

Hi, my name is crystal. I have had a headache for 3 weeks and the last couple of days I really been lightheaded and i feel like i am gonna get sick. My period didnt come but i took a test and I am not prego. My blood pressure is 101/53. And i was wonderin what i should do? i have tried some pain pills like tylenol, and mirgraine pills but it just seemed to get really worse after.
