Suggest Treatment For Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative

My period was due on 6th of this month, it didn't came, i checked twice , both test indicate i am not pregnant. Today is 10 days late periods. I took Penorit medicine to have periods, 4 days before, two tablet on two consecutive days, still no periods. What should i do? I am 33 years old.
