Suggest Treatment For Delayed Periods

Hi Doctor, If woman's period not comes during 1 month & 24 days, also Urine test indicates negative pregnancy, then what kind of further treatment should be needed to identify the exact problem of not coming of period.....Blod test having aduacate Himoglobin & blod margin.

Please advice.
