Suggest Treatment For Delayed Periods,stomach Cramps And Bloating

I had a tubal done in 2001 cut tied and burned I haven t had a period since Dec 2014 4 negative pregnacy test went and had a pelvic ultrasound it said I had a very thick uterus also did a ultrasound on my belly and said nothing was there still no period Dr gave me a medicine to HELP start my period I also have a bad uti my stomach is big a lot of cramping for 2 mths now and being sick sometimes it feels like movement in my stomach please HELP! !!!
