Suggest Treatment For Delusional Behavior And Negative Thoughts

My wife started believing everybody in the world is watching her. She thinks every TV show and commercial are made to send her messages and that there's a device implanted in her body that can hear her. she goes outside and talks to herself. Her newest delusion is that we should get divorced and that she's supposed to be with an exboyfriend from 16 years ago. Last week she said she didn't need to be left alone with the kids because she wanted to kill herself because she was tired of these people following her around. We actually did and still do have a great relationship. I'm worried for our kids so I had a judge give me temporary custody of our 2 kids and ordered her to leave the house. She will be served in the morning and I'm super scared how she's going to react. I feel like if we could just get her some help things would be okay but she doesn't think she's sick. Any suggestions would be great.
