Suggest Treatment For Delusional Disorder

I am a mother trying to help adult ( 22) son see his delusions are not real. Even after 4 mths in the hospital ,he won't let go of it. He will not take medication. They told me they knew he was still delusional but not a threat to himself or anyone else.I was hoping someone could direct me to any information that will help.
