Suggest Treatment For Dent Under Belly Button With Fluid Discharge

My mother, who is very overweight has a deep hole, about the size of a naval, under her belly. She has to lift the apron of excess fat to expose it and it is weeping fluid with blistering around the area. Any idea what this can be? She is 78, 5' 3" and has recently stopped smoking. Thank you
