Suggest Treatment For Depression And GERD

Hi, I've been diagnosed with depression and have been taking Effexor for at least two months. I've also just been recently diagnosed with GERD and hiatal hernia, and the GI doctor has been prescribing me several medications including Nexium and Omeprazole. Just a month ago, this same GI doctor prescribed me with Sucralfate.

Since three weeks ago, I've been experiencing constant migrane and it has been getting worse this past week. I've visited my family doctor and he prescribed me a beta-blocker and also told me that Sucralfate can absorb other medications, nullifying their effects.

Could the migrane be result of a withdrawal symptom from Sucralfate absorbing Effexor? Or does this sound like a side-effect of other medications?

Any input would be appreciated as my psychiatrist works once every month and quick communication can be difficult.
