Suggest Treatment For Depression And Lack Of Energy

Good morning dr my mother is not able to sleep properly from last 5-6 Days. And she is feeling depressed.. Due to less sleep her body has no energy.. She is feeling very week.. I think she has been supressing her feeling from very long time and now her mind is not able to carry all those thing and making her helpless n frusious.. Suggest me what shall i do for her betterment. thank u.
