Suggest Treatment For Depression And Lethargy

I am suffering from major, major depression and am being treated with several medication. Rarely get out of bed, cannot function normally. I do not have any feelings, want to sleep all the time and can barely move. Do you have recommendations for medications that may be more helpful?
