Suggest Treatment For Depression And Suicidal Thoughts

I have fibromyalgia and have struggled with depression all my life...10 years ago I broke the 5th metacarpal in my right hand and ended up with RSD or CRPS ...At the time I was diagnosed with RSD I was put on amitryptaline but gained quite a bit of weight...after 2 1/2 years of phsio on my right hand I was getting nowhere so I stopped...my right hand is quite dystrophies so I type with one finger...I have had fibromyalgia diagnosed in tHe last year and I was taken off the Prozac which had stab liked my depression at 60mg and changed to cymbalta.. I have been on the cymbalta for months now and nothing has happened except I have become very depressed and no change in the pain...so they added gabapentin....I got flashing lights on the right peripheral side of om face so they took me off and I was getting suicidal thoughts... I would like to go back on the Prozac (forgot I was also taking Tylenol 3 for pain and .5 mg elthroxin
