Suggest Treatment For Depression That Is Not Responding To Wellbutrin

I am on 2 Welbutrins a day, plus Cymbalta, adderal, and clonapen and all I do is cry and I am in such a depression that I cannot get out of it. Am I taking too much medication? I have been on the Butrans patch for back pain and have been off of it for about three or four weeks and am on a pain killer three times a day for it, too. I don t know why I can t get over this deep depression with all the meds I am taking. Can you PLEASE help me. I just want to go to sleep and sleep and sleep because I have no energy and I was always an up person and smiling and now it it hard to smile even. Thank you for any info!
