Suggest Treatment For Depression

Hi my name is Elizabeth my children were taken by social service and put in foster care in October I went doctors and told them that I can't sleep but now u can't stop sleeping when I go there I'm all happy and smiley putting abfriny on but wen I'm indoors alone I'm all emotional and low energy and jusyvwant tobsleep can you suggest how I can explain to my doctor this with out him seeing my shell of covering up my sadness and I believe it to be depression
