Suggest Treatment For Depression

Hi. I m a 40 yr old male and I have fallen in love with a woman. The problem is that she and her are seperated at the moment because her husband is in prison. But she is loyal to him and i respect that very much. I also work with her and drive to and from work. But the way I fell in love with her is by helping her and I know I can t tell her because of her loyalty to her husband and the fact that I fear I will lose our friendship that we have developed. When I come home at night after dropping her off at home from work I cry sometimes because I love her soo much and I know I can t tell. I m afraid of having a mental breakdown because of this. I need help. PLEASE, WHAT DO I DO?
