Suggest Treatment For Depression

At 19 yrs old I fell madly in love with the man who became my husband. I knew there were things wrong with the relationship before we got married but i was determined to marry him. The marriage lasted 23 years & there was lots of good in it . I left him 20 years ago (I am almost 70) & need to accept my mistakes, to stop berating myself. I have had LOTS of counselling throughout the years all of which has helped. I googled letting go of the past which brought me to you. I would appreciate any & all help you can give me
