Suggest Treatment For Depression

How do you cope with a spouse with depression ongoing for six years and now starting to get worse again our own children have had enough, I am not sure how much longer I can cope with his ongoing illness I have given up so much to help him including a job I loved but I just seem to failing badly he is on so much medication but I don t really think it is getting us anywhere
