Suggest Treatment For Depression

Hey, I am a 21 year old male and I have had a couple anxiety attacks (within the past 3 weeks). I don't feel anxious, but at times I will feel the symptoms (chest pains, heart tightness, left pinky finger loses feeling) without a full blown attack (especially when driving). It is very uncomfortable, and just now I ate a fried pork chop (on the stove) and some of the symptoms pop up again. What can I do to make my uncomfortable chest and heart pain go away!? I got an ECG and blood test at the hospital when everything looked fine (I was calm at that point) but the symptoms still pop up and it is affecting my life a lot. I do play sports and it doesn't hurt then, but in my downtown it sneaks up. Please help!
