Suggest Treatment For Dermatitis During Pregnancy

Hello. I have a bad case of dermatitis and I m pregnant. I was given a prescription from te dermatologist doe prednisone but my OB doesn t want me to take the oral steroids. Can you recommend any safe treatment that I can use to clear up this awful rash?
