Suggest Treatment For Dermatitis Over Glans

I have an inflammation which cover about on third of my glans. This thing is there for many years. Sometimes is more red, sometimes less. The area is always the same. Dermatologists and urologists I visited always tell me not to worry about it as it is a mild dermatitis. Recently it seems expanding very slightly. Specialists still tell me not to worry.. very mild thing. Is it a way I can get rid of that?
