Suggest Treatment For Dermatitus Medicamentosa On Hands

I believe that I have dermatitus medicamentosa on my hands and have tried different creams to no success. The only medication that I am on is for thyroid. I take Centrum Cardio, Vitamin C & Vitamin D. Can you tell me what to use to get rid of these
