Suggest Treatment For Detached Retina

I have a detached retina. It is the second time in the same eye. I had the schleral buckle procedure the first time at Duke eye center the first time in 2005. Around 2010 I had scar tissue removed at same place, different doctor. This detachment is 5 months old ( long story). I am looking for the best surgeon in north carolina now. Do you have any suggestions?
