Suggest Treatment For Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, Asthma, High Fever And GERD

well I have a few health problem s they are diabetes sleep apnea asthma heyfever GERD and I was bleeding for two years. I get a lot of headace and migraines all the time. I did a mri today and my head is hurting bad. I did an eye exam an they said my side view was off. and the headace has been more lately. I have been getting dizzy when I turn to my left side. bluered vison. I don t know what to do
