Suggest Treatment For Diaphragmatic Tenting And Upper Side Opacity

hi im 27 years old and had undergone xray last month.the result was diagphragmatic tenting and upper side opacity.since it was my pre- medical to apply job abroad .now my employer didnt accept it because he wanted to have my xray result clear.my queation is.what do i need to do so that this findings of my xray would be clear.is there any medication for this?
