Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Lactose Problem

Hi my nine month old has had diarrhea for a while now possibly related to a lactose problem but this morning when I changed her her feces was full of black spots almost like pepper throughout the entire disposal. I have a doctor s appointment next week but do I need to have her seen sooner?
