Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting In Infant

Hello, My 11 month old daughter is having loose motions and vomiting from 2 days with a frequency of 3 a tools per day and 3-4 vomitings per day. I took her to the paed yestrsay ,he prescriped osiris( a zinc sulphate solution), gravenite (a dimenhydrinate b.p ), metodine DF suspension( metronidazole B.P and diloxanide fur late B.P) and ORS. I am giving her medicines on time but she is still not improving. Can you please suggest me whether these medicines are fine or not? Thanks
