Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting

My daughter 18 years old, has had diarehea and has been vomiting since last night and continues to vomit which now looks like bile. temp is just over 100. she cannot sleep do to the persistant vomiting. When she just takes an ice cube, she vomits. what should I do?
