Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting

Wednesday, i came down with the flu, no fever, just vomiting and diarrhea. All day Thursday and today I have had almost constant diarrhea. Even though i am eating fairly normal, the diarrhea won t stop and it is all water. Kaopectate is not helping. What should I do?
