Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Bloating And Abdominal Cramps

Hi! I haven't been feeling well lately. My stomach is easily upset I have diarrhea,bloating and cramps in my abdominal area. Doctor told me I might have IBS but I'm experiencing some back pain and now I have a really sore lump in my armpit. Could this be something else?
