Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea Despite Taking Norflox-TZ

I went to the drug counter to ask for entero quinol as I had loose motions. The pharmacist at the other end suggested norflox tz & said that it's a much better alternative & hence gave me 4 dosage of it to be taken in 2 days. I have taken 2 dosage of it already but I didn't see any difference at all & I'm still getting loose motions. Please suggest.
