Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Fever And Cough

My son has diarrhea for almost a week. He eats a little and lessen his appetite. His fever come and go for 3 days already. The only medication I gave him is 2.5ml Disudrin for every 6 hours. He started having cough for 2 days as well. I haven t given paracetamol yet because the fever doesn t last. It goes down whenever I give him faucet water sponge bath. What medication can I also give to him? Can I give him Erceflora for the diarrhea?
