Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, High Fever And Body Ache

So I went to doctors last Friday and was tested positive for strep started feeling worse and went friday and tested negative for strep but positive for flu. For four days had high fever and body ache. Had an asthma attack and went to hospital was given a nebulizer treatment. Temp went down but then got a feeling of liquid in chest. When I would breathe I could hear rumbling of liquid. Went to doc and she said I had a snius infection and post nasal drip. A day later I am still not better and now gagging foamy white plem. Almost like throwing up from my throat and still having the rumbling filling. Also having diarrhea 3 times today. I took mucinix but didn't help and did saline spray. Should I be worried. Also did blood work and chest X-ray in hospital and they did not say anything was wrong. It is very uncomfortable and I can't sleep. I'm also scared I have something else
