Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea In Children

I have a 4 year old granddaughter that has a bad case of diarrhea and I was wondering if there is anything that I can give her to stop it - she has had it off and on for the last 2 days - it seems to go away and she has a normal movement and then it flares up again. YYYY@YYYY - thank you
