Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Vomiting And Stomach Bloating

I have been sick the last 7 days. Started out with diarrhea, then vomiting the last few days. Thought I was finally getting better but all day I ve been doubled over in pain, my stomach is swollen and I m extremely gassy. This happened 2 hours after eating cereal with milk. Is this the end or should I seek a dr?
