Suggest Treatment For Diarrhoea, Abdominal Pain And High White Cell Count

HI I have had diarreah for the last 5 weeks and has not gotten any better I have ended up in ER 3 times from the pain they have done blood tests and stool samples, my white cell count was high but they tested for infections cardiff etc and nothing I am struggling and now my stool has turned yellow and I have lost alot of weight in the last month can you help?
